Oh! You're talking about the 6400. I was confused. I thought you were
talking about the 6400a "lite". Sorry, sometimes I just get ahead of myself.
Fortunately, when that happens, I am usually polite enough to wait for
myself to catch up.

I went and looked it over the other evening. It is a vastly different animal
from Joan's. The truth is, I had to do a little searching to find the ascii
stuff. The foreground is a little hard to read over a background of
"substantially" the same colouration. Also, yours is a lot more than just an
ascii art page.

Anyway, I did enjoy the ascii art. Nice to see you're a 'spunk fan' ;)

There is a lot of stuff on your pages that is 'generated' rather than
manually drawn. I prefer the manually drawn stuff myself - as a hopelessly
talent-challenged, but appreciative observer.

That is not to say that I don't appreciate the generated stuff, only that I
prefer the other. Fortunately your pages are a reasonably large mix, so
there seems to be plenty for whatever taste.

Above all, I most fervently appreciate the work that goes into maintaining
sites like yours and hpe you will continue the work.

Where do you people find the time?

I myself am a programmer, and I can't imagine how I could keep up a web page
in the time available. When people talk about nostalgia and the 'good old
days', I always get flashes of something we used to call a "bed", and an
activity called "sleeping". I don't know if these things still exist, but
I'm willing to bet you know what I'm talking about.
