Absolutely not. This would be about the worst possible thing that could
happen to this group. Most people are afraid to post as it is because they
are embarassed about how their pictures compare with the work that does
appear (yes, that used to include me).

Once the readers think that they have to draw a picture every time they post,
it will soon drive them away and stop them from experimenting with ascii
art.

Let people post drawings if they want to and when they want to, we don't
need to expose new readers to Thought Police. Forcing contributors to add
artwork to their posts will kill this group dead.
