Thankss Jax, the meat cleaver is great. I've tried to make him look more dangerous an taller.
I thought that I could draw "one" of his victims - or the rests of one his victims...

but... I discovered it looked like The Death so I put Jack a big cloak with a hood and I replaced the axe with a scythe and... here's Death!!
