What I meant by this was, say you're going to resize it to 33%%.. you're
going to have some awful strange stuff going on with a third of this one
and half of that one...

That sounds like the way to go, were I to want to do resampling.  Perhaps
it'd help ascii pictures out some, but all I wanted was a little quickie
program, and that's what I got. Take it or leave it :) I don't have time
to mess with the bitmap stuff at all :)
