I think for the most part there should be no problem. I've been browsing the
Winnie The Pooh sites for material to work from, and most of those sites have
a disclaimer which seems to have been imposed by the owners of the Pooh Bear
name, and Disney. From what I've seen, those owners have searched the web for
relevant sites and informed them that to avoid legal action they should display
a disclaimer. This means they can use the Pooh image, but need to declare
who owns it. BUT I've not seen or heard of this disclaimer on sites with ASCII
of Pooh so I don't think they're bothered about that. :-)

Of course I could be talking out of my bum here, but that's the way it seems to me.
Anyway, I've never had a problem with copyrighted images, and I don't think any
other ascii-ists have either. :)
