Hey cool - a job where the difference-feature in JavE is useful:
 1. select the right hotel
 2. choose the layer mode "difference"
 3. move the selected hotel to the left over the other hotel
 4. past the selection by right clicking somewhere else
And the result is:

And I already thought about removing that option from the selection tool
:)
