Well, it might be great for programmers even over her to use an english-keyboard layout (for all the special characters like ()[] and so forth), but face the fact - something that is common in the US is not neccesarily common all over the world. The US is _not_ the world. Sorry, if this sounds rude. You see, we all know how good we are, don't we? ;)) So I don't see a need for peting our shoulders.... And I think that's the way Veronica feels, too. Just because she only critisizes she isn't unfriendly with that. There is not always a time to congratulate one - especially it sometimes is even considered unfriendly if you congratulate one when talking with regulars... At least over here.
