Please help me

Please help me

Hello there,
I was wondering if anyone can identify the following
icon (a triangle within a circle):

		---
	     - ^ -
	    - / \ -
             - --- -
               -----

I saw it the other day on a bumper sticker and I am curious as
to what it means. If you know, please send me email.
Thanks in advance!!
