 Nice, but please refrain from using - it is _not_ ASCII, and might
look completely different in other fonts than iso-8859-1. ASCII art uses
only 7-bit clean characters, like in this chart:

    ASCII Character Table The numbers show you the hex-code of
    ===================== the characters (e.g. the letter 'C' has
       xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx     the code 43).
   `.  0123456789ABCDEF
     `,----------------. Only the characters that you can find
   2x | !"#$%&'()*+,-./|. in this box are called ASCII, you
   3x |0123456789:;<=>?||   shouldn't use any other.
   4x |@ABCDEFGHIJKLMNO||
   5x |PQRSTUVWXYZ[\]^_|| Also you should see this as a box.
   6x |`abcdefghijklmno|| If you don't then you have to change
   7x |pqrstuvwxyz{|}~ ||   to a fixed-width font (e.g. COURIER).
      `----------------'|
       `----------------' Use only these characters and you will
                   [alf] have more fun in news:alt.ascii-art

 I think I remember one that is similar to this one... Alexander
Griesser used one similar to this one in his signature. But that's
nothing special with this topic :-)

 :-)

 Let's try a little diddle:

    .:|:.
    |o o|
   /. V .\
  |/|   |\|
    \W W/

 I stripped off the lower line of the face that you used, and also
skipped one line that made him look quite tall. Tux is sitting, at
least in the famous picture from Larry Ewing :-)

 Have fun, greetings from austria back to austria ;)

Randal said it would be tough to do in sed. He didn't say he didn't
understand sed. Randal understands sed quite well. Which is why he
uses Perl. :-) -- Larry Wall in <787...@jpl-devvax.JPL.NASA.GOV>
