Software camera for anime?

Would any of you like a software camera for making anime and colored ansi
pics for this group? If so just let me know by E-mailing me or posting
here. I have a camera already but it needs some work before I release it
to the public. It will be freeware of course because I like to see all
these posts. (they come kind of slow) maybe this will pick up some interest
in a slightly different area. Let me know and I'll work on it.
