Question/MIME

I know this is not the correct newsgroup in which to ask this, but I
didn't know where else to go at the moment and hoped that you
intelligent viewers in this groups could steer me in the right direction
or just answer my question for me. I received an image file in MIME and
it begins by saying that if I'm reading what I'm reading my mail program
doesn't understand MIME and that I may want to look into upgrading my
mail tools. I have mosaic.......! Is there any way I can uudecode this
thing that anyone knows of? Thanks!
