Bist Du sicher, die Kodierung f�r das Hochkomma richtig gesetzt zu haben?

Mit den mir zur Verf�gung stehenden Browsern (IE und NS) habe ich
unterschiedliche Erscheinungsbilder. Guckst Du hier:
