I understand all about outlook express and I sympethise with you... just
make sure there is no formatting toolbar before you send the message... it
only appears if the message is in HTML format. You might want to check Tools
>>> Options >>> Send and make sure it is set to send news postings in Plain
Text format. Then just check for that formatting toolbar whenever you are
about to hit send... If it`s there, go Format >>> Plain Text.
