Mathematical conversion of Celsius and Fahrenheit degrees.
One degree Celsius = 5/9 degree Fahrenheit.
Temperature of 0^ Celsius = 32^ Fahrenheit.

Our ASCII scale can show the temperature of
10^ Celsius = 50^ Fahrenheit exactly across from each other.

But the other round number temperatures in the usual weather range
are the equivalent of a number other than a multiple of five, so the
-- marks showing degree in multiples of five can't line up
across from each other.

Hope this helps

Cheers
Donald
