MDV> Hey, folks

MDV> I've got some cool .ans files, but I don't know how to view
MDV>them. Can somebody help me out?

May I ask?

If you don't know how to view them, what makes you think they are cool
files? Maybe they utterly suck...

To view .ANSi files you have to have an ansi driver loaded, such as the
line DRIVER=C:\DOS\ANSI.SYS in your CONFIG.SYS on a PC system, for other
systems, I do not know, but wish you luck in your quest. . . :)
