In Mirc you have to use the play command like so;
    /play C:\asscii files\asscii file you wanna play.txt 2000
the default figure for most comps for flooding is about 1000 but to be
on the safe side make it 2000 or more and you will soon know if it is
flooding when you play a txt file. It will be you it floods off.
You don't have to change the default figure just make sure you put that
2000 or whatever on the end of the string. If you know how to make
popups you can use that string to make it as a popup
a elephant popup string could look like this
.elephant: /play C:\asscii files\elephant.txt 3000
so then you just have to go to your popups and click on
elephant.....have fun.if all else fails go to #ascii on the undernet
