Sorry, but such thinking usually comes from the minds of elitists,
generally elitists that believe they have "the way" for society to
conduct itslef. They then try to find the means to impose such thinking
on the rest of mankind, putting themselves in positions of authority over
those they want to behave. So, you're not only an elitist, you're also an
authoritarian.
