DOS Executable: uudecode for a PC

Good program.  But ...

WARNING: be sure lines end with CRLF, not just LF.  Meaning, if you run
the program and it hangs your computer under the silly excuse of a
divide error, you need to filter it through a unix2dos-type utility
first.

The executable arrived on my news system ending with LFs -- here it is,
ending with CRLFs (at least at this end it is).
