Ascii-art resizer!

Ascii-art resizer!

I needed to slim down an ascii-art I got somewhere so that I could use it,
because it was 27 lines. I'm not too good with ascii-art, so I just wrote
a program to scale down (or up) an ascii-art... example:
                          ooo$$$$$$$$$$$$oooo
                      oo$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$o
                    oo$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$o o$ $$ o$
    o $ oo o$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$o $$ $$ $$o$
 oo $ $ "$ o$$$$$$$$$ $$$$$$$$$$$$$ $$$$$$$$$o $$$o$$o$
 "$$$$$$o$ o$$$$$$$$$ $$$$$$$$$$$ $$$$$$$$$$o $$$$$$$$
   $$$$$$$ $$$$$$$$$$$ $$$$$$$$$$$ $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
   $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ $$$$$$$$$$$$$ $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ """$$$
    "$$$""""$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ "$$$
     $$$ o$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ "$$$o

                                       "$$$""""
when shrunken to 75% becomes:

Neat, eh? it works like an image scaler, though, so you don't gain detail
as you increase size, and as you decrease size you lose some of the
letters.

Dos:

Unix (C source):
http://www.bignet.net/~thekid39/resize.c

to run:
resize percent < input file > output file
