PGM bitmap to ASCII converter

Hi guys, you might be interested in a program I've written.  It takes a
grayscale bitmap in PGM format an creates an ascii art picture.  I know
it's not the first of it's kind but you might like to try it out at:

Feel free to improve it, and let me know what you think...
