If people want as many people as possible to see their pics, they can crosspost them. I'd leave it to the individual artist to decide whether they wanted to do this. (and we'd have to compile a list of ASCII Art Newsgroups and write a 'ASCIIArt Newsgroup Alliance FAQ' which was translated into different languages, explaining what I've proposed. I'm not sure if anyone wants to go to these lengths, but it does go some way to ensure that people only see discussion in their native toungue.
