Rotating things for VAX/VMS

Along the lines of the rotating .sig....
I'd like to know if I can rotate logout messages, mail.sigs, and plan.s
for my VMS system. If anyone knows the lowdown on such info, do let me
know ASAP. I think it'd be neat. Thanks!
