I haven't posted this for a while, so it seemed like a good time to
post it again. These are border designs. I got them from one of Steve

You copy and paste them to make the horizontal portion of the border.
As to the vertical part, you'll have to fill that in yourself. Would
somebody volunteer to make full borders out of these, say, 6 lines x 78
columns. That should allow folks to enlarge or reduce as needed.
