Actually there are more "hidden messages" in this pic. The iconowotsit has got something to do with the Dutch legend of Sint Nicolaas (not entirely the same as Santa Claus). The story goes "Saint Nicholas" is an archbishop in Spain. He sets sail to the Dutch shores in November, and celebrates his birthday on December 5 by giving presents to children (don't ask why he "gives" presents... it's a legend): ?A` |M] |H, is Saint Nicholas ("Sint Nicolaas" aka "Sinterklaas") /b. ,==y' ;|\ |> is his conveyance (a horse: "De Schimmel") In this -- still very much alive story amongst parents and children in the Netherlands and Belgium -- Saint Nicholas has a team of servants of African descent ("Moors"). Dunno why Paul (PGMG) did not pay hommage to them.
