1. Save the text of the previous message to a file (called foo say)

2. On the command line type 'uudecode foo' 

3. 'mv vtcat.uu vtcat' (extra work my fault, sorry)

4. 'vtcat ascimation.vt 1000' where ascimation.vt is your animation 
and 1000 relates to the speed your movie will play at...use trial 
and error to find a value to suit.
