Because of the amazing speed with which my newsserver throws messages
out, I have missed the beginning of this thread. I apologize if some
of this is repetition. However, I just received e-mail that the link
on my pages to Matthew's FAQ was broken. I went to Andreas Freise's
site, copied the FAQ and have now put that FAQ (with a few minor
alterations) on my pages.

I saw that there were a number of broken links in the "figlet"
section. For the moment, I have merely crossed out the links that used
to work when Matthew wrote the FAQ.
Also, for those of you who still have the FAQ on your sites, please
note that my javascript ascii-animation lesson is no longer housed on
geocities. It is now at
