The late Colin Douthwaite (who was a frequent poster to aaa) would have
been having apoplectic fits about your test. He regularly posted an
article stating that one should ONLY use characters 32-126 in the
newsgroups.

ASCII-art in the newsgroup has two colours - foreground and background.

There are so many doorways to the internet. Some of the entrances may
appear to be old and rusty but they can still display pure ASCII-art.
People who want to display their art work that uses nonstandard
characters MUST go to a different venue. (irc, website....)
