Just a comment about the 'new' section re: what isn't
ASCII art--  if the group is cracking down on the
following not being ASCII art, 
--ANSI/ extended character text art
--HTML coded text art
--JavaScript Animations of text art

then another ought to be added:
--mIRC color-coded text art.

And to be a little nit-picky, I think that the heading
of this area "What isn't ASCII art?"  should really
be entitled, "What is not considered to be 'pure'
ASCII art?"   All of the above are forms of text
art- however they are not in the pure ASCII format.

Just a thought from me.
