��� and it's captial ��� and �

They look like aou / AOU with two dots ( � ) over them
� looks a bit like an odd shaped B

Are required for the german language
��� / ��� are required for the dansish language.
Combine chars from the two and you have a complete swedish set.

� = a+e overlapping
o = o with a / (slash) through it
� = a with a little ring over it

I suggest something like:

(it's damn hard making a 3 letter high figlet font)

I understand that not all chars can be made with a decent result .. try the best
you can.

Only � IMO was really succesful .. the � look like an � but does'nt really keep
the style of the rest of the font.
The � does keep the style but it's hard to tell what it is.

I suggest the 0 in the original font is replaced with the � look :

The O is remade like this:
