FTP server for JavE?

Where could I find an FTP server that contains JavE?
I don't have Internet, but I can access ftp.
Can anybody help?

Yowza. That's a funny restriction. How about email? There are
web to email gateways out there, eg http://emailweb.us/.

	How to get web pages

	To receive any page on the internet, send an email message to
	get...@emailweb.us with the web address of the page you want on the
	subject line.   Click on the link above and enter a website address in
	its subject line. For example, try www.cnn.com

	Click on any link on the returned page, and it will send an email
	request for that page.

Version 5 is very old and the current preview versions of JavE 6 are 
much better. So I recommend this download link instead:
   http://www.jave.de/developer/jave_6.0_i20090924.zip
