REQ: Twain compliant device for ascii scanning

Greetings
Does anyone know of a TWAIN device that I can scan an image into and
it will output the image to a .txt file .
This is similar to what we used to see in the late 1970's early 1980's
at malls, photoshops, etc that took a picture and made a fullsized
picture of youself out of text.
Thanx I use a mustek mrc600s flatbed scanner.
