I have not been to a McDonald's since they dropped cherry pies
permanently.
The do still have Lava-apple fritter pies (outside temp. = 70oF,
inside temp. = FACE OF THE SUNoF).
Their fries are usually nasty now, too. I remember when they were
crispy on the outside, not too salty or soggy, and tender and
potatoey on the inside.
Now they are lank, greasy, limp ex-potatoes. RIP potato, Viva
french fry.
A zit in every bite.
MMMMMMmmmmmMMMM.
Heck, I shouldn't have ever eaten there, but I remember when I was
small how great going to McD's used to be. Tell me, did my
tastebuds grow in all of a sudden or has the food gotten really
wretched OR do all the McD's in Atlanta belong to franchisees who
have no concept about how to make the chow right?
I wonder.

Nope, it's definitely you.  I have a child now who absolutely loves
to eat there.  YUCK!!!  Oh well, at least I know maybe, just maybe,
he'll outgrow it.
