The site finally came up.  And it is about as unfriendly as as site
can be to a txt browser without going for all flash.  There is no
ascii art on it what so ever unless its is hidden in one of those gifs.

Blah.  One should not have to launch a graphics program (or use a GUI
browser) to view ascii art.

BUT...

...the pictures are really great !!
I didn't know "non fixed width font ascii*" art existed !!
It's different from conventional ascii art, but sure is good looking, too.

Ok on your word I fired up phoenix and gave a look at the gifs.
Some very nice stuff even if it is "ascii*".  I really liked the
historical images.  Maybe after butterflys I will move on to some more
historical shots.
