XX Decode for MSDOS

Readers have been asking how to XXdecode files:

For MSDOS what you need is a copy of R.E. Marks' fast multi-section 
UU/XX EN/DEcode program  UUEXE525.ZIP which will decode both XX and 
UU encoded files.                                               ^^^

Many local Bulletin Boards carry copies so you should check your

To decode an xxencoded file:

    C> uudecode -x filename

How about non-MSDOS? There ARE other computers out there that would like to see those files.
