[REQ] (Northern) California/Bay Area within 4 lines?

Hi. My current signature (which you'll see below) has a reference to
the "PERTH" craze that swept Usenet several years ago. In fact, my
signature for a while when living in NYC included:
_.
__./ |
/___. |___
PERTH------>\*./
Obviously I now live in the SF Bay area. I would actually prefer my
signature to be a variant of the above rather than what I have now,
but the difficulty comes in depicting California within the 4-line
McQuary limit. So far the best I've come up with is
___
| |
PERTH-->\ \
\_)
Which, of course, is pretty awful. I've also thought about just
depicting Northern California:
_____
| |
| |
PERTH--> \ |
But then it becomes unrecognizable. I've considered trying to depict
just the Bay area, or even the Peninsula, but definitely lack the
ASCII art skills to even try. So I come to the experts for
help. Ideas?
