I've never watched an x-files episode from beginning to end, I was 
actually referring to the fantom creature in Mexico.

OK, this proves my theory of myth sterotypes.  The episode on X-Files was
based on the Mexican (I belive) myth of the Chupacabra, a mythical
creature who slays sheep. Correct me if I'm wrong (notices Joan's Spanish
titled letter)
