Ick -- this forces nearly everyone to upgrade to MSIE 6.0, as well as
NT-based OSs to upgrade to the latest SP:

Certainly, windowsupdate.microsoft.com only offers MSIE 6 as a download
for my Win98SE system, not a patch for the MSIE 5.5 I have installed.
