REQ: Best ASCII art editor available (post or point me to location)

The Draw is an ANSI editor, not ACSII.  I don't know where you can find it 
though...  I've got a copy somewhere...

   TheDraw is a text editor that lets you draw colored text files and CAN save them in ansi 
format. However, you can also save files in ascii format.

Yeah, so I made a mistake!  Everyone's allowed to do it once in their lifetime,
aren't they?  Still haven't found the program yet though...
