There are several bugs in the maps.

For example Austria:

This looks like it's got 8-bit IBM ascii characters in it
(after being translated into 7-bit with something like "cat -v").
Either this, or some "noise" has corrupted the file somewhere
along the line.

	Hmmm... well I got the exact same problem. *But* I also got the
same thing on the previous posts of the ASCII Atlas! (i.e. Previous
versions; posted months ago.) So this definitely isn't a freak thing.
