At first I didn't see what it was but then I think I got it. Here's my
interpretation of what I think it is:

                  O
                  |\
                  | \
                  |\ \ _EE__

Nah! Not much better. You are using a proportional font.

Here's what I think it should look like:

              ____
             / \
            I<> <> I I come in peace
             \ _ /
              \__/ / _____
             --II---/ __/ooooo\__
            / II <___________>
              _II_ / I \

Please switch to a non-proportional font (like eg arial?)
because otherwise we cannot see your Asciis. :(

:)

I might be mistaken but the Arial I know IS proportional
Using Windows you have a greater chance to get a non-proportional
font by choosing those that don't have the TT symbol behind it.
My favorite one is the one you get when in a DOS Window
you select the 5x12 (or is it 7x12?!) ... baaah, is the one where
you can get a perfect slope using only '/' :)
Other non-proportional fonts are plain simple Courier
(not Courier New), System and a few more.

Courier New is also a monospaced (non-proportional) font. At least for me
it is, because for the longest time I was viewing these asciis in Courier
New until I switched to AOL's acky one font only newsreader.

(I'm only using AOL as it is *slightly* more reliable than mine)
