What I was going to do at first was have it be almost like music notation 
(C C C Ab Eb C Ab Eb C) but I was looking at the other choice 
(frequency/length) it looked a lot less complicated, and would probably 
be shorter.. I decided to make the calling letters 'MND' and 'Z' for the 
terminating letter.. I was thinking News Music Data, (picked 3 letters 
that might not be used together that often, I might end up changing that 
with a number included, to eliminate problems with initials.

Anyways, my program (if it works, I'm in the process of smoothing out my 
note playing function) will be for IBM or compatibles.. what I plan to do 
is either read characters from the serial port or read what is printed to 
the screen for input.. pc speaker for output..
