ASCII programs for Windows

I am looking for a WINDOWS program to "paint" in ASCII mode. For example to cut&paste, create boxes, circles, to rotate, mirror,... I already have some, but only for DOS. Do you know anything like that? What do you use as painting sw? Which is the latest version of FIGWIN? Thank you.

As far as My GODDESS's pic goes:I have set it aside for the moment, But as soon as I can get up the nerve to attempt something like that again,i will make a new one.That one took a _LOT_ of work,and I dont want to make one thats not up to My GODDESS's standards.
