Request: Lion; Line: Two lions

Hi all!!  I really need a hand here.  I am trying to draw a lion face, just
the head, like he was looking at you.  I haven't seen much in the way of
lion art, and I can't get the eyes or nose right.  I have already seen this
little bit of art right here: (taken from a gopher site)

perused every Scarecrow archive several times, and other art type
collections from others, as well.)

I just took a moment here to toy with this, and here's what I put together
as an idea for working with the nose area.  (I didn't tackle the eyes,
just noted them as present.)  Hopefully someone else will add further
input, too. :)
