Durch das Erlernen von Malen können wir eine bestimmte Energie in uns freilegen, unsere Gefühle ausdrücken, und anderen Menschen mitteilen, wie wir die Welt aus unserer Sicht erleben. Was immer wir malen, muss uns selber auch nicht unbedingt immer gefallen. Unsere Gemälde und Zeichnungen können anderen Menschen als Quelle der Inspiration und Freude dienen.
