Line-Picture Peom: 'Lone Candle'

Hi People!

This is a modest attempt to combine two art forms.  Tell me
what you think, how it can be improved.  Email is fine too.

				In
			       the
			       jet
			       inky 
			       night
				a

			      match is
			      struck.A
			       little
			       flame
			      flutters
			      upward in	
			      the dark,
			      held aloft	
			       by the
			       stubby
			       wick of
			       a white
	   flame               candle.
       timid    first  		                  gloom.     taper.
     The           shrinks and rears from the thick     slender
      But           soon draws sustenance from the black
        Its          cautious light flickers and grows,
           illuminating the darkness. One slim candle,
               standing tall, braving the dark. Drip-
                       dripping wax tears.  Pearly    
                         transluscent white tears
                           softly filming the
                             myriad colored
                               tears from
                                 other
                                candles
                            and other times.
                           Other nights, with
                         other memories of other
                        meals eaten alone.  Other
            tears I cried by the soft light of one lone candle!
