There are no definite rules for this. The following is just my personal opinion in case you are interested: I would add the 'hjw' if I were you. First of all because the wings are definately still Hayley's, so adding her _and_ your initials just shows that two people created it. But the main question is : why not? For me these initials are not only for giving credit but also for telling the history of the pic. Why do you want this picture to be 'yours' alone? By adding hjw you can always pretend that you are doing art with one of the famous ascii girls.
