Can somebody help?  ASCII art comes out on my reader (FreeAgent) all
crooked.

	Better option:  When you're looking through messages,
right-click on a message.  Choose the fixed pitch font option.

Try changing to a monospaced font, such as Courier, Letter Gothic, or Monaco.
