Russia is a totalitarian society in which the free press - which TV6
used to be a member of - is basically told to either support the
current government, take a nice little vacation in Siberia, or take
advantage of the new free ventilation program(holes everywhere).
TV is a medium. It can be used to disseminate useful information,
propaganda, political messages, or shows like "Survivor".
I don't think TV6 showed "Survivor".
