It's cool, but I think you got a mistaken image from the title. It's not a magazine ABOUT electronics, or your theme would suit it perfectly. Actually, it is a weird anti-status quo creative writing magazine featuring lots of warped articles and short stories. You can take a look at the website at <http://members.home.net/comintern>. I guess a working-class or anti-capitalist logo screen would suit the zine best... plus 17 lines is ideal... any more would make it take up more than a screen in some browsers and text editors.
