Somehow, due to the unfair advantage that some posters have, it would appear 
unlikely that this idea would encourage new users to participate.  Would you 
participate in a contest if you thought, from the very start, that you did 
not even have a slim chance of winning?

The one bad thing about contests like that is that they make ONE winner 
and MANY, MANY losers!  It would be better if we could find a way to flip 
that around somehow...
